3 ply corrugated boxes are light and are a cost-effective way to pack and ship products. The small size 3 ply boxes are commonly used for packing a variety products from jewelry to toys. The bigger 3 ply corrugated boxes work well as an outer shipper or for packing lightweight products.

5 ply corrugated boxes:

The difference between a 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated box is the layers of paper that form the board of which the boxes are made of. 5-ply corrugated boxes are commonly used to ship heavy products. These boxes can carry products up to 45 Kgs.

7 ply corrugated boxes:

A shipping box’s strength is important for packaging. Depending on the size of the packing carton, a 3 ply corrugated box can hold between 4 to 15 Kg,  a 5 Ply corrugated box can hold between 20 Kg to 45 Kg, and a 7 Ply corrugated box can hold between 40 to  100 or Kgs.

9 ply corrugated boxes:
